Making your dog look their best
Each grooming session typically lasts between 1.5 and 2 hours and begins with a coat assessment and consultation to agree the desired style. A full health check follows, including examination of the eyes, ears, gums, teeth, and skin to ensure your dog is in good condition.
Your dog is then bathed using high-quality shampoos selected specifically for their coat and skin type, with anal gland expression carried out if required. After bathing, dogs are carefully towel-dried and then fully dried using professional blast dryers while being brushed through, helping to remove loose coat and reduce undercoat in double-coated breeds.
Once dry, your dog is clipped or scissor-trimmed to the chosen style, followed by ear cleaning or plucking where necessary, and nail clipping and filing. The session finishes with a conditioning spray or cologne to leave the coat clean, healthy, and fresh.
